A dark brown smooth flat fish, one of the "minor royals" of the the flat fish family - but delicious! Great baked whole, in the oven or filleted and grilled with a touch of lemon or parsley butter with new potatoes.
A very versitile flat fish, slightly more "meaty" than Lemon Sole. We can fillet or leave whole and would suggest a 500g fish for one person or a 800g to 1kg fish for two servings.
