Handpicked white crab meat is just great from Cornwall. The white meat comes mainly from claws, so the meat has a beautiful colour and chunky texture. Crabs are sourced from both the North and South Coast to ensure continuity of supply.
Also we have brown crab meat available which is considerably cheaper, make your white go further by adding some brown, which is very rich and tasty.
