Preserving lemons leaves them silky with a pure clean flavour. Perfect with all fish, try stuffing the cavity of one of our Line Caught Wild Seabass and baking in your oven! These lemons are also prefect with lamb and Moroccan dishes, tagines etc, but also excellant finely chopped in couscous or pasta salads or in salad dressings.
Please rinse lemons well before use.
