Ordering should now be easier on-line with our new website. We went live during the middle of July 2009, and I am constantly modifying the on-line ordering (with the help of Web Europe) to make it a "good shopping experience" for all our customers. We still take orders over the phone, Tel 01726 832202, where you will speak to myself (Karen) or Lois, our filleter. We will be very happy to discuss order requirements, preparation and packaging. Alternatively you can fax your order 01726 832887 or email us foweyfish@foweyfish.com On-line Ordering We have tried to make the new system as simple as possible, but ordering fish isn't as easy as choosing a pound of Davidstow Cheddar Cheese from the local supermarket! There two ways of ordering on-line. If you know what you would like then type the species into the search box on the home page e.g. plaice, then choose - whole plaice or fillets. If you choose a whole fish you will have to choose an approximate size of fish you would like and then how you would like it prepared. Your shopping basket will be displayed on the far right as you continue shopping. Follow the instructions on the web site to complete your purchases. We do not take payment for your order until the fish has been weighed, prepared and ready for dispatch. We will call you if there is a problem with the availability of any of the products you have chosen, and discuss alternatives. Flexibility is sometimes required with your order as availability changes from day to day. If you don't have a specific shopping list then you can browse through the products by clicking on the categories on the left hand side. We aim to send orders out as soon as we receive them, but this depends on the weather and what the fishermen have caught, please bear in mind we can only sell what the fishermen have caught - if they haven't caught it, we can't sell it! Carriage charges - for orders over £50.00 the charge is £9.00, for orders under £50.00 the charge is £12.50. If you require your order to be delivered on a Friday please place your order at the beginning of the week, so we can book you in for a Thursday dispatch.
