Our local cod ! A pinky - white flesh that resembles cod, but is usually re-markably cheaper! Hook and Line when available.
This cod like fish is a great favourite with many locals. It is prolific in Cornish waters and may be treated the same as cod. The fillets are generally thick and chunky, the skin is quite dark grey / silver in colour.
