Fish & Fowey Wines Terms and Conditions
Your
order will only be despatched on receipt of payment. Please note the prices quoted are for guidance only - some market sensitive products (eg Lobsters, Dover Sole) often change on a daily basis, you will be charged the market price on the day your order is dispatched.
PAYMENT
Prices include VAT where
applicable (VAT applies only to wines and champagnes). Delivery charges are
priced at £9.00 per delivery over £50.00 and £12.50 for orders under
£50.00.
DELIVERY
Delivery will take place when we
are able to source the products for you, usually within 2-5 working days of
receipt of your order. Your order will be packed in special temperature
controlled packaging to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Fowey
Fish uses a leading National next day delivery service to fulfil its internet
orders.
At certain times of the
year products may not be available, we will call to discuss this with you and
offer substitutes.
GUARANTEE
If you are not delighted with
your purchase please call us to discuss. We will also refund your normal
carriage costs if the fault is ours. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
DELAY
We will contact you by email or
telephone if there is any delay in despatching your order, when you will have
the opportunity of cancelling the order or accepting the delay.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You can cancel your
order by emailing us or phoning us within 1 hour of placing your order. Because
we work on a very fast turnaround we may not be able to stop an order after this
time.
COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint about
any aspect of our service please contact us by phone or email.
PRIVACY
We are committed to protecting
your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you
lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We will
only use your email address to notify you of our receipt of your order and in
the event of there being a query over your order. We will only send you
marketing emails if you have joined us as a member. We never pass your e-mail
address or postal address to any other company or organisation.
In
accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law
11 Dec 2003, we do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses
(spam).
The
personal information which we do hold while processing your order will be held
securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
