We buy the majority of our smoked fish, meat and cheese from Tregida Smokehouse, Launceston. They are a great small business and their products are wonderful. We have been working with them since 2005. Our Natural Smoked Haddock comes down from Scotland overnight, the fillets are packed in traditonal wooden boxes.
