A great Cornish gift - a whole kilo side of sliced smoked salmon and a bottle of award winning Sparkling Cornish Wine "Cornwall".
The smoked salmon comes from the award winning Tregida Smokehouse, a family run business (much like ourselves) producing tradional Cornish Oak Smoked Fish, Meat and Game. It is sliced and then laid back on a foil board, which looks delicious and would be greatly appreciated by any fellow foody!
The "sparkles" is the delicious Camel Valley "Cornwall" Brut about 15 miles from Fowey in a valley between Bodmin and Wadebridge. Another great family owned business which has produced great award winning wines for twenty years!
